Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of convexprep.com (“Convex”, “we”), operated by Radhika Bansal (sole proprietor, trading as Convex), India. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. The service

Convex provides study material for candidates preparing for the CFA® Level I exam: notes, diagrams, flashcards, formula references (the “Free Content”) and a question bank with worked solutions and related features (the “Question Bank”).

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the study features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One account per person.

3. Licence

On payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Question Bank for your own exam preparation for the lifetime of the service. You may not share your account, copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, resell, or publish any content, or use it to build a competing product or train a model. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details. Access is granted automatically when the payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Convex is original and owned by us. Nothing here reproduces CFA Institute curriculum text. CFA Institute, CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute, which does not endorse, promote, or warrant this service.

6. No guarantee of results

Convex is a study aid. We take care to keep content accurate and we correct confirmed errors promptly, but we do not guarantee that any content is error-free, that it reflects the current examination, or that using it will lead to any exam outcome.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may add, change, or remove features and content. If we permanently discontinue the Question Bank within 12 months of your purchase we will refund you pro rata.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, in which case no refund is due.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhinmal, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
