Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 8 September 2026

Delivery

Convex is a digital service. Access to the Question Bank is granted automatically to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a minute. Nothing is shipped. If access has not appeared within 15 minutes, email us with your order ID and we will fix it the same day.

7-day refund

If the Question Bank isn't right for you, email hello@convexprep.com within 7 days of purchase from the email on your account and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Purchases are not refundable after 7 days, except for duplicate charges or where we permanently discontinue the service (see our Terms). If you believe a question or explanation is wrong, tell us — confirmed errors are corrected within 48 hours.

Cancellation

The Question Bank is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
