This policy explains what personal data convexprep.com (“Convex”) collects, why, and your choices. The data controller is Radhika Bansal (sole proprietor, trading as Convex), 69, Shrimal Nagar, Bhinmal, Rajasthan 343029, India. Contact: hello@convexprep.com.
What we collect

We do not collect card numbers; Razorpay handles payment details under its own policy.
Who processes it
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Kit — email delivery, only for users who opted in to updates.
Some of these providers store data outside India. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-preserving and this policy will be updated.
Retention
Account and study data are kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Delete your account by emailing us and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@convexprep.com. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link. We honour requests under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Children
Convex is intended for adults preparing for a professional examination. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any material changes here and update the effective date.
